Agricultural Equipment Sales
WC Tractor is looking for an Ag Equipment Sales Representative to generate new leads and grow our current customer base.
This position is a base and commission paid position.
Duties:
Present and sell company products to current and potential clients Identify new leads and referrals and develop client relationships with them Meet sales quotas and work to exceed sales quotas Resolve customer concerns in a positive and efficient manner Prepare paperwork for all sales contracts Coordinate with WCT staff to see all sales through to completion Develop product knowledge of current and new inventory Other duties, as assigned by ManagementQualifications
Qualifications:
Previous Ag or Construction equipment sales experience required Experience with Hay baling equipment Excellent communication and customer service skills required Good time management and organizational skills, a plus Basic computer skills preferred Must be able to read, write, and speak English Must be able to provide Motor Vehicle Record at time of job offer (current within 15 days)Incentive Package includes:

Demonstrated success in outside sales Experience with agricultural equipment Ability to promote products through creative, persistent, proactive effort Strong skills in building relationships and ability to adapt to changing customer needs Excellent verbal and written communication skills Commitment to customer service excellence Mechanical aptitude and ability to promote and learn new equipment Ability to travel and manage multi-state territory Proficient in utilizing computer technology Degree in related field preferred Recommended Skills Adaptability Communication Coordinating Creativity Customer Demand Planning Customer Service Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
